"Because you have so little faith. I tell you the truth, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to the mountain, 'move from here to there' and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you." - Matthew 17:20-21

Health alert on China's polluted skyscrapers

The Straits Times - 22 Feb 2006

INDEED excessive air pollutants have a great negative impact on the people living in that particular country and some neighbouring countries. I feel that this has been and still is a serious problem that affects health and the environment. The release of carbon monoxide from coal furnaces, cars and factories has caused many deaths. There also been a rise in health problems such as asmtha, breathing problems, eye irritation etc. I feel that as China begins to develop gradually through technological methods to improve living standards, it must not neglect the consequences of such secondary activities. It is still very important that the social condition of the country is put as one of the priorities.

I agree with your view about the people living standard in China. However, the China government also should pay its attention into its pollution causing to the air. No one but knows that China is a new giant economy market so far, its technology is improving including with its hard-industry manufacturing. Hence, its pollution to the air must be considered obviously by other countries around it...
